How to standardize a facade with uneven surfaces with filling and masking primers?

The client, both public and private, demands an increasingly high level of finishing for the facades. The reinforcing or gripping fixative is sometimes not enough, the plaster almost always has some small imperfections, or the mortar patches are very visible. Paint alone is not able to hide all imperfections. Furthermore, in mineral cycles, compatibility must be guaranteed between the base, the finishing, and the complete homogeneity of the surfaces to be decorated. Sometimes we find ourselves in the need to apply finishes where, by their nature, they would not be applicable, but intermediate bases allow for their use thanks to their characteristics. Particularly suitable for smoothing surfaces that are difficult to reach with spatulas, such as friezes, pilasters, or facade decorations.
