Policy N° 22002 stipulated with AXA ASSICURAZIONI on 31/12/2003 operating from 01/01/2004 to cover damages deriving from product defects or product defects and incorrect installation of the same.

art. 1) Subject of the insurance.
The Company undertakes to indemnify the Insured from the sums owed by them for the total or partial restoration of the insured products provided that the restoration is made necessary due to a defect in the products used.
The warranty is effective if, after the delivery of the work to the Customer, the products must be repaired or replaced, partially or totally, as defects have arisen that make the works carried out with the insured products unsuitable for services for which they are intended.
