To paint or coat a façade with user-friendly, long-lasting, and resistant to strong mechanical and physical stresses products that adhere to any type of support, whether mineral or synthetic, whether new or already treated, and with a wide range of choices.

CYCLE		INDICATIVE QUANTITY OF MATERIAL PER SQM
1	If mold is present, apply preventive treatment using BIOCID solution and leave it to act for at least 24 hours.	10 SQM/L
2	If it is necessary to completely remove old paints and/or coatings, strip with paint stripper. High-pressure water wash, brush or scrape the entire facade, cleaning it from any flaky or peeling paint, removing all traces of dirt or dust. Make any necessary repairs to the plaster and/or fill with materials compatible with the existing ones.
3a	Apply a coat of water-based penetrating FIXACRIL fixative adequately diluted.	10 - 15 SQM/L
3b	Apply a coat of consolidating primer based on acrylic styrene solvent ISOMUR in case of particularly flaky, poorly cohesive, or stripped substrates.	10 SQM/L
4a	If the surface is slightly uneven, for a better aesthetic finish, apply a coat of SEVEN uniformizing elastomeric siloxane primer for exteriors.	4 -5 SQM/L AS PRIMER
4b	If very uneven, skim with white universal fibrous skim coat MINERALCIVIL and let it age for 10 days.	1.25 KG/SQM PER MM OF THICKNESS
5a	Final decoration with application of acrylic water paints or quartz-based micro-coatings with acrylic resin, resistant to algae and mold growth, QUARTZ COAT.	6 - 7 SQM/L PER COAT

5c	Application of two coats of acrylic quartz water paint, super washable, super opaque, particularly resistant to algae and mold growth, INFINITY QUARTZ.	6 - 8 SQM/L PER COAT

poorly cohesive or stripped supports.

If very irregular, shave with MINERALCIVIL universal white fibrous smoothing
finish and let it season for 10 days.

Apply a coat of diluted PIGMENTED FIXACRIL or PREVENTIVE FUND PIGMENTED (ready to use).
