How to restore and decorate a facade with lime-based products?

Treatment with ready-to-use brush-applied BIOCID solution, waste, ready for use. After at least 24 hours from application, proceed with mechanical cleaning of the surfaces. The formulation can be applied on both pre-painted and non-pre-painted supports.

Completely remove any traces of old paints or old coatings. Wash with high-pressure water, brush or scrape the entire facade, cleaning it from any flaking or detaching paints, removing any dirt or dust.

In case of particularly flaking supports, apply a coat of water-based penetrating FIXACRIL fixative suitably diluted to leave the support absorbent.

In the case of repaired plasters, shave the entire surface with PAULINSANA RAS R550 low elastic modulus anti-cracking smoothing plaster for old plasters and wait for 10 days.
