Prepare the support by completely removing and demolishing with the aid of mechanical or manual means all parts of degraded or detaching concrete until the reinforcement bars are completely exposed (including the back part). Hydrocleaning and vigorous cleaning of all surfaces with removal of dust and any inconsistent parts.

Reconstruct the missing volumes providing an appropriate excess of material with thixotropic, fiber-reinforced mortar with medium-fast and fast setting, TENACITE or TENACITE RAPIDA. The product can be applied in a single fresh-on-fresh solution up to a thickness of 10 cm and wait for the beginning of the setting.

At the beginning of the laying, the products remain malleable for a few minutes. The workability time depends on the product chosen for the restoration and on the environmental conditions. For shaping, it is recommended to use trowels, templates, trowels or other steel or iron tools previously wet. Any small excess material can be removed using brushes and/or sponges.
