How to restore an old partially degraded plaster?

1. After careful beating, completely remove all the parts of plaster that have deteriorated or are becoming detached until the brick is alive.
2. Brush and scrape the entire façade eliminating any old paint, old coatings, dust or smog.
3. Do you wash abundantly all the surfaces including the demolished parts with water jet? to remove any residual dirt and dust.
4. Apply PAULINSANA RINZAFFO F750 to plastering surfaces with surfaces that are still damp.
5. Within 24 hours, apply on the repaired parts anti-shrinkage mortar with medium-fast setting, low modulus of elasticity, to restore old plaster PAULINPLASTER K638, average consumption of 16 Kg / m2 per cm of thickness.
6. Once the restoration is dry, moisten the entire surface and apply two coats of non-shrink skim coat, with low modulus of elasticity, LAMPOSOFT R500 to be finished with a civil sponge trowel.
7. Final decoration of all surfaces with mineral products based on potassium silicate of the SILK Line or siloxane based on the SILOX Line.
